In An Effort To Correct The Record, George Santos Turns To Podcasting With New Venture, ‘Coming Out’

In his newly launched podcast, George Santos lets the American people into his life — for real this time.

The Congressman-elect of New York’s Third District, George Santos, has been taking punches from all sides this past week. As details of his professional and personal life have recently surfaced, the highly anticipated ‘first openly gay Republican member of Congress’ has been forced to address the allegations against him.

Republicans and Democrats alike have been making their rounds to either defend or denounce the New Yorker for what has been viewed as an elaborate web of deceptive claims made both by Santos and his campaign.

In an effort to combat his recently tarnished reputation, Santos has launched a new video podcast called ‘Coming Out.’

The program is being described as a ‘tell all’ where George will detail the most transformative moments in his life with a different guest every episode. Sources familiar with the matter suggest that the show is being launched in the hopes of regaining the trust of the Republican Party and his constituents in New York.

In the first episode Santos sat down with Senator Lindsey Graham (R) of South Carolina. In a stunning move, Santos revealed he no longer identifies as a gay man and came out as straight. This left Graham visually stunned with jaw agape.

He then detailed his recent religious awakening as he has embraced the teachings of the Evangelical Church, saying, “faith has always been an important part of my life, but I recently decided to pray that sweet prayer and join a local Non-Denominational Church,” to which Graham applauded with tears streaming down his cheeks.

Later, he showed the Senator a portion of his ‘extensive’ scotch collection and unveiled a vast arsenal of firearms.

Senator Graham would go on to close the episode with a heartfelt address to the listeners:

“George, thank you so much for your transparency and willingness to be open with the people of America. What you just did took balls. I’d even go so far as to say it took a dick and balls. The citizens you’re gettin’ ready to serve had questions and you had answers. It’s not everyday that I cry. Usually it’s only when I’m watchin’ Downton Abbey, but you made my eyes flow, man.

If there was any doubt about the integrity of George Santos prior to this podcast episode, as far as I’m concerned, it has been completely and utterly dissolved.”

God Bless George Santos.
